Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings at the Newstead Mechanics Institute. I look forward to catching up with past students and will welcome any new students who might like to join the class.
Beginners‘ class commences at 9.45am and continues into the normal class which runs from 10.00 to 11.00 am. Cost is only $3 per lesson. Tai Chi in Newstead is auspiced by CHIRP. It is a gentle
form of exercise which is able to be done either seated or standing.
