Community Garden Dinner - 10 March 2012

The Shared Table - a celebratory harvest dinner held under the stars - is the theme of this year's our Community Garden Dinner.

We are very fortunate to have chef, Charlotte Duckett, who has again devised a delicious menu.

Charlotte, who has cooked in restaurants in London and Hong Kong, trained with Stephanie Alexander and also worked as sous chef with Karen Martini at St Kilda’s highly lauded The George Melbourne Wine Room before running her own restaurant, Gourlay’s in Malvern.

Though now a full-time barrister, Charlotte retains her love of food and cooking. Diners have raved about her community fundraiser dinners at Welshmans Reef Winery and at the Garden.

As well as being a great night out, this is our major fundraiser for the year.
